Experience plenty of cwtches with your furry best friend when enjoying a dog-friendly stay at this fabulous North Wales abode. Perfectly positioned for enjoying both adventure-packed breaks and restful retreats, this pet-friendly property is within easy reach of Wales’ AONB coastline and just a drive away from the magnificent Snowdonia National Park (13 miles) and the Isle of Anglesey (25 miles). Alongside one dog, the property invites four human guests to stay in comfort, complete with an extremely cosy interior, a suntrap front garden and two ever-inviting bedrooms for resting up after long days of hiking, lobbing tennis balls and receiving sticks.

Find a delightful countryside aesthetic throughout this charming cottage which features exposed brickwork, original beams and stone-flagged flooring in traditional Welsh stone. The front door leads directly into the lounge/diner where evenings of recuperation can take place. Furnished with extremely soft seating, a wood burner and a Smart TV, you’ll eagerly look forward to spending restful evenings in here. Head to the kitchen, which is also found on the ground floor, alongside a handy downstairs bathroom. Two bedrooms, a double and a twin, can be found upstairs, perfect for dragging dog-tired bodies up and curling up for a quality 8 hours.

For tail-wagging excursions in abundance, the Llyn AONB is just 8 miles away with stunning landscapes and beautiful beaches to be discovered. Porth Neigwl is one-such sandy beauty spot, a dog-friendly beach that stretches out for about 4 miles. Those exceptionally energetic dogs will look forward to hiking adventures in North Wales’ golden National Park, perhaps even embarking on a wildlife-sniffing adventure up Mount Snowdon (25 miles) or in the mystical Beddgelert Forest (20 miles). Alternatively, for those pups who prefer to take in majestic sights without exerting too much energy, head to Porthmadog to embark on a canine-compatible railway route on the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway.
