Situated on a farm surrounded by open countryside, this lovely bungalow is well equipped for four guests and two canine companions. A fully enclosed garden makes it a safe space for children and pets to enjoy, and you will be close to both the coastline and undulating countryside.

This bright and airy bungalow is super welcoming and comfortable. Heading inside you will immediately find yourself in the colourful lounge. Put your feet and paws up after a busy day exploring and get stuck into your favourite film or TV show. Rustle up tasty breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the well-equipped kitchen and eat together around the dining table in the conservatory as you overlook the luscious garden. The property has two bedrooms, a vibrant double, and a pretty twin bedroom. Completing the interior is a bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The fabulous garden is spacious and has a large lawn area, and a patio with seating. Watch the sun set as you enjoy an evening tipple, and the dogs chill out on the grass.

Next door to the accommodation is a lovely farm shop which offers up local produce and has a children’s play area. Hop in the car and lead the way to adventure in Sutton on Sea (3 miles). Here you will find some pubs and bars which welcome dogs with open paws, and a wonderful stretch of sandy beach which allows dogs on most sections all year-round. Head in land to the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with its wide range of cycling trails and walking routes (20 miles).

The cottage was cosy quiet and peaceful a place where we could totally relax, the farm shop and restaurant were excellent the meals and especially the ice cream was first class , loved it ,Thank you all .

Had a fabulous holiday, the owners Jane and Darren are so friendly and approachable..the cottage was very clean and comfortable. Loved our stay, had breakfast on 4 days at farmer browns, delicious as is the ice cream we indulged in a few times to try to cool down .definitely needs a couple of fans though as property was so hot. We will definitely bRead moree returning. Situated in an ideal spot. Not far from a beach. Very peaceful restful holiday. See you next year. Hide

Very nice cottage with great garden for a dog to play. Farm produce is excellent.
