As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a light and airy lounge/kitchen/diner, providing a welcoming space for you and your furry companions to relax and unwind. The well-equipped kitchen boasts ample countertop space and everything you need to prepare tasty meals during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a table that comfortably accommodates up to six guests, and the inviting lounge area beckons you to take a seat on comfortable seating. A Smart TV provides entertainment for cosy evenings spent snuggled up with Rover at your feet. The master bedroom has a double bed, a Smart TV, and plenty of storage for your belongings. The second bedroom offers bunk beds that children are sure to adore. Both bedrooms share a family shower room. Outside, discover a grassy garden with plenty of seating, where you can enjoy al fresco meals or sip morning coffees surrounded by the peaceful ambience. Alternatively, retreat to the summerhouse, a tranquil sanctuary where you can relax, read a book, or simply soak up the serenity of your surroundings. The onsite shared laundry room offers additional convenience.

Start your adventure by exploring the picturesque countryside surrounding Horningtoft, with plenty to keep curious hounds entertained along the way. History enthusiasts will be fascinated by the nearby Castle Acre Priory (11 miles), an ancient monastery steeped in captivating heritage where pups on leads are welcome to join you. Visit the vibrant market towns of Fakenham (5 miles) and Holt (18 miles), or head to picturesque Wells-next-the-Sea Beach (16 miles) for a day of seaside frolics with Fido. Alternatively, take leisurely walks along the Norfolk Broads (28 miles), a network of scenic waterways brimming with wildlife, and perhaps even hire a boat to navigate the gentle currents.

• Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
• 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
