With a hot tub, table tennis and enclosed gardens, this handsome holiday home is the ideal destination for couples, friends and families looking for an escape to the Welsh countryside. Luxurious style meets modern rustic in the beautifully updated farmhouse, located between Llandovery and Brecon, and which enjoys footpaths from the door.

The warm and spacious lounge/diner is a gorgeous place in which to relax, with large, comfortable sofas, a wood burner in an inglenook and an internet TV. Alternatively, the cosy snug is a lovely spot for some quiet time - or even to practise the piano. The kitchen, a cook’s delight, has an inviting island with bar stools for four as well as a wine fridge and coffee machine. The large utility is the place to pop down your pups’ bowls, and leading off this room is a handy downstairs shower room. The bedrooms all have lovely views. On the first floor you’ll find a king-size bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, as well as a bunk bedroom (a double bed below a single) with an en-suite shower room. The second floor has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In the gardens around the farmhouse you’ll find a hot tub for bubbling relaxation, a BBQ for grilling some delicious local produce, and a covered games area with table tennis and darts.

Enjoy the seclusion of this scenic, rural area - though you can be at the shop and pubs in Sennybridge in 4.5 miles and there is plenty to see and do nearby, including fishing, pony trekking, kayaking and, of course, endless walks of all kinds. The National Showcaves Centre for Wales is 15 miles, and if you fancy a change of scene the vibrant market town of Brecon is only 13 miles.

Absolutely beautiful cottage situated perfectly. The hot tub was so relaxing and the views were amazing. We walked to the pub recommended by the owners while there and had a delicious meal there as well.

Fabulous Property in a beautiful rural location. Lovely space for family and friends to hang out together in, with a big kitchen and living space. The hot tub is a bonus and is extremely peaceful giving a great view of the birds and if you are lucky to have a clear night also the stars. The cottage was wonderful my only suggestion for improvement would be to widen the stock of cleaning supplies kept at the property
