You and your canine companions will have a ball at this stunning house with a beautiful open-plan living space on the first floor, amazing sea views, a balcony and garden, a hot tub, flexible beds, a cosy snug, Smart TVs in all the bedrooms, underfloor heating, and all mod cons close to the quay and everything in Appledore.

This luxury home is beautifully furnished and finished to a high standard. Go into the hall and upstairs to the big, bright living space, with comfy sofas to sit and chat or watch the Smart TV, relax in the snug next door with the TV on or play a game. You’ll find everything you need in the contemporary kitchen and a breakfast bar for quick eats, and there’s a gorgeous dining area where everyone can get together, and a utility room with a WC. The four stylish bedrooms and three bathrooms are on the ground floor: two super-kings (one can be a twin) with en-suite shower rooms, one king, and one twin (or super-king) and a luxury bathroom. Take your pick of where to relax outside, there’s the front balcony with breath-taking sea views accessed from the patio doors in the living area, the rear patio accessed from the dining area for lounging in the sun, BBQs and dining al fresco and an upper terrace with seating and the luxurious hot tub. There’s a hot outdoor shower so you needn’t get chilly when you get out and games to play on the lawn.

Wander the quaint streets of Appledore, home to pubs, restaurants, independent shops and art galleries, and Hockings ice cream van. Take your four-legged friends for walkies to the quay, walk the South West Coast Path to Westward Ho! (2 miles) and explore Northam Burrows Country Park (2 miles).

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Everything has been thought of. Can't fault the cleanliness and equipment of the house. Perfect peaceful upside down house to make the most of the stunning views. Definitely would recommend.

Absolutely perfect! Great communication, beautiful property with amazing views, and a lovely local pub. All very welcoming and friendly. We couldnt have picked a better home for our Devon holiday.
