Take your pups away with you to this stunning, reverse-level luxury house in Appledore where your canines’ needs are catered for, with bowls, blankets and treats provided and an enclosed garden. Leaving you and your friends or family to relax in the hot tub, soak up the views from the balcony, and explore the area.

Sitting on a small luxury development, this luxurious house has stylish decor and gorgeous furniture. Leave your coats and shoes in the hall and go upstairs to the beautiful living space with big sofas to chill out on and a Smart TV for relaxing in the evening. Start your day with a Nespresso coffee and a quick bite at the breakfast bar in the kitchen area, with everything you ned to cook tasty meals, and have fun mealtimes together at the stylish dining table, take your drink outside to the balcony on warm evenings. The three gorgeous bedrooms are downstairs: three king-size rooms (one can be set up as a twin) all with Smart TVs, one has an en-suite shower room and there’s a bright, contemporary bathroom too. The second king has access to the patio; there’s also a utility room and WC on the ground floor. Sit on the first-floor balcony and watch magical sunsets, lounge on the patio, get the BBQ going, and laze in the hot tub all while your canine friends chill in the fenced garden.

Walk to Westward Ho! along the beach (2 miles), it’s also a great beach for surfing and there are tennis courts and the Royal North Golf Club. Explore Appledore’s pretty streets, shops, and eateries, and find your favourite coffee spot. Visit the quay and hop on a ferry to Instow (a 5-mile drive) with the pups aboard to walk them on the beach.

Beautiful property and wonderfully located looking over the estuary. We really enjoyed our holiday and it was one of the most attractive and well presented properties we've stayed at.

Stunning home! Well equipped. Great hallway & utility space, good for post doggy walks.. lovely view from living room balcony. We didnt use garden much, however worth noting that you go through a bedroom to get to it. No problem for us, as only used 1 bedroom. But worth noting if going with a family. Good size garden, which is enclosed. But the walRead morels are low, so be mindful if you book with a large dog. Location good, although we drove to Westward Ho most days - more dog friendly. Wow, what a wonderful place, loved every minute there and it had everything you needed. Appledore is a quaint village with a small grocery store and a few nice places to eat all within walking distance. The beach accessed from the nearby reserve is beautiful. Didnt want to leave.

This was by far the most luxurious property we've ever stayed in. The location was perfect overlooking the bay and nature reserve. The property was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. It was lovely to return after a day-out to soak in the hot-tub. Garden was safe and secure for our dog.

We had a lovely holiday in Appledore. The house was extremely clean and we loved the welcome package. Beaches and restaurants are all close by. The garden is right next to the road which we didnt realise, so it can be a bit noisy. They were very helpful with any problems we had. Its floorboards throughout, so if you are bringing dogs I would suggesRead moret you bring some extra rugs (our old dog was slipping everywhere on the floor). This is lovely property with beautiful views and in a good location. It is very well equipped and to a high standard. The hot tub is a great feature and the welcome basket on arrival very much appreciated. The management company were attentive and thoughtful. My one criticism would be that although the garden is totally secure for dogs and small chRead moreildren the only access to it is via the bedrooms or a side gate from the outside of the property, although this was not an issue for us at all. We've just returned from a super relaxing week at Sunset Bay and it was stunning, a real 5 star property with amazing views over the water and just a stroll from the village of Appledore. The house is a new build so everything is perfect, it's really well equipped and it's an absolute treat sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.
