Enjoy exciting walks beside the estuary and along the North Wales coast when you and your delighted dog escape to this cosy cottage in Aberdyfi. Sleeping just three human guests, it welcomes visitors of the four-legged type with a big wag of the tail, offering the perfect base to explore the area on foot and by paw. With a wood burner for the colder months and a courtyard for warmer weather, it is a dog-friendly holiday home for all seasons.
Make your way into the charming period cottage via the front door to find yourselves in the welcoming, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Fire up the wood burner on autumn and winter evenings and let your happy hound flop down on the rug to toast his paws. Pour yourselves a glass of wine to enjoy in front of the Smart TV then decided whose turn it is to serve your chum his dinner and rustle up something tasty for everyone else. Dine inside or out, depending on the weather, then bid your furry friend goodnight and head on upstairs to indulge in a good night’s sleep. A double bedroom and a single are up on the first floor, together with the family shower room. The single bedroom offers access to the courtyard, where you can dine out in the fresh air with your happy hound close by.
Pick up the dog leads, grab a few snacks and stroll 350 metres down to the beautiful beach at Aberdyfi. Here you can play fetch in the dunes and watch your pup run across the sand and into the waves without restriction. Take him on long walks along the Wales Coast Path and find footpaths next to the River Dyfi. Visit the Dolgoch Falls, 10 miles away, where he can also be let off his lead.
