This top-floor apartment in one of the town's Edwardian terraced houses is the perfect base for a paw-friendly adventure. Ideally suited for a small family or couple with their canine companion, this two-bedroom holiday home sleeps up to four guests and is less than half a mile from the sandy beach where your four-pawed friend can go mutts and sniff out new smells.

After a long day of exploring, head home to your fourth-floor apartment to kick back and relax in the cosy living room which boasts far-reaching views of some of Scarborough’s most iconic landmarks, which can be enjoyed from the cushy sofa. The kitchen/diner is compact yet offers all you’ll need to get cooking come breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a pretty four-seater dining table located right next to a large window for mealtimes. There are two bedrooms in total, one a classic king-size with a window spanning the width of the room, allowing natural light to pour in. Bedroom number two is a playful bunk bedroom with a double at the bottom and a single overhead. Finally, the bathroom completes the apartment’s layout, decorated in neutral tones for a calming place to soak in the bathtub.

Situated right on the coast but within easy reach of the countryside, you can enjoy the best of both worlds with your canine companion by your side on a stay in Scarborough. While away a day at Scarborough North Beach to sniff out fun in the sand or pick up a portion of fish and chips to enjoy at sunset for a quintessential seaside experience. Further inland, let your dog lead the way to adventure at North Riding Forest Park where the walking trails are almost endless, each offering up a plethora of interesting scents to sniff and wildlife to watch.

The only down side was the lift not working as it's the top floor so a long way with your bags if you are not in good health.key box isn't right to the main door.....right up the main stone steps on right hand side of the pillow post .

Lovely clean property, excellent location to the beach and the town centre. Comfortable beds and everything catered for making it a home away from home.

My 2 (7 & 10) daughters loved it, especially the Seagull. I have no complaints on anything. We really enjoyed our time in Scarborough, and we'll be back.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. And the kitchen had everything you needed to make your stay great. The beds were very clean and comfortable too. Thank you we had a lovely weekend stay.
