Beautiful property stuffed full of character and in a good position to explore the southern lakes. Huge disappointment for us - particularly with a dog on raw food - was the lack of a fridge freezer. This is advertised on the site as "Fridge, Freezer" but tbh I've seen bigger 'min-bars' in hotels. The addition of the fridge freezer along with a TV Read moreaerial for the Smart TV would make this a perfect 5 star. Hide

A beautiful Lodge. The attention to detail throughout was well thought out and although the photos on the website are good and will pique your interest, the real deal is lovelier. Small touches such as fresh flowers, a helpful book with places of interest, as well as a spacious outside green space for our dog to scamp around was lovely.
