On balmy evenings, take a dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool or soak in the bubbly hot tub, before heading upstairs to five sizeable bedrooms. Four king-size rooms and a twin offer rest with plenty of soft furnishings to keep you feeling toasty. Gather together for a hearty breakfast out on the decking, while your pups sniff out the perfect spot to snooze.

Eat out at the historic town of Epworth (2 miles) where you’ll find more eateries than you can shake a stick at. Despite occupying a tranquil location, you’re only 1 mile from the motorway and can easily get to Yorkshire Wildlife Park (15 miles) which is a fun-filled day out for all the family.

  • Off-road parking for 4 cars (parking area protected with CCTV to the front of the property)
  • Pub within 1 mile, shop within 0.5 mile
  • Please note there is not a football goal in the garden
  • Please note that the property is to be used for the purposes of a holiday, and certain group bookings, may not be allowed unless special arrangements (including the possible requirement for a safety deposit?) are made with the owner
  • Stag and Hen parties are not permitted at this property
  • Due to the property being in a residential area, respect and noise consideration must be given to neighbours
  • Arrival: 16:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £50. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Louise was excellent communicating all relevant information before we arrived, the guest information she sent was informative and useful. We were given a warm welcome on arrival to this stunning property, it is spacious enough for everyone to spread out comfortably. This is a beautiful property with loads of space. Great for family groups and the pool and hot tub just made this place extra special. The dining room and lounge are very comfortable for big groups with lots of seating. A good range of games are provided for a range of ages. Very nicely situated house. Pool and hot tub great. House layout really suited our group of 5 adults and 3 teenagers allowing separate spaces for privacy e.g. a separate additional TV room. Also a large grassed garden to play in. Motorway very accessible for easy travel in the area. Louise was very helpful .

The house was gorgeous and absolutely spotless. We loved the pool and hot tub the best and the kids loved the books and board games provided also. Louise couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend and would love to visit again in the future.
