The spacious lounge/kitchen/diner presents plenty of room for man and dog alike to unwind, simply find a cosy corner for positioning your pet’s favourite bed and get curled up on the sofa yourself. Leave your sleeping dog to lie here, whilst you discover a king-size and double bedroom on the ground floor. Choose from either a shower room or an en-suite bathroom for freshening up. In the summer months, step out via patio doors and make the most of the lovely decking. Surrounded by seemingly endless open space and boasting garden furniture and a BBQ, this area is a lovely place to unwind with Rover playing around you.

Discover surrounding Fife by packing up a hearty picnic and plenty of dog treats and then heading out. Wander down to the local town of Kincardine (1 mile) on the banks of the River Forth, stopping off for a bite to eat or stocking up on local goodies. From here, you can explore the mystical pine woodlands of Devilla Forest (3.5 miles) or take a walk around Moor Loch (2 miles). A little further away. Alva Glen (7.5 miles) provides a scenic waterfall-studded route where Rover can lead the way.
