As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a hallway leading to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts two comfortable sofas, perfect for cuddles with your pup, and a wall-mounted TV with Freesat for endless entertainment. Gather around the dining table for family feasts, with the fully-equipped kitchen at the back of the room making meal times a breeze. When it comes time for bed or basket, the spacious master bedroom features a luxurious super-king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third is a cosy single room. Freshen up in the family bathroom, perfect for a morning shower or a relaxing soak in bubbles after a day of adventures. While the property doesn't have a garden of its own, it's surrounded by breathtaking walks and green open spaces.

Cosheston is a paradise for dog lovers, with endless activities to get tails wagging! Take a leisurely stroll along the sandy beaches - dog-friendly Freshwater Ease is one of the best (5 miles) - or challenge yourself with scenic hikes in the nearby hills. Follow the tranquil Cleddau waterway through ancient woodland and heritage-rich tidal creeks at the National Trust's Cleddau Woodlands (10 miles), where well-behaved dogs are welcome. Alternatively, take the coastal path at Saundersfoot (10 miles), and discover cliff-top vistas, stunning beaches and plenty of exciting sights, sounds and smells to investigate. After all the excitement, refuel in Cosheston's dog-friendly pub, where you and your four-legged friend are welcome to enjoy a drink and a bite to eat.

• Access via pub courtyard which includes external and internal staircase to navigate
• Can be booked alongside FB059 which sleeps 3, FB060 which sleeps 3 & 90731 which sleeps 5
• Arrival: 15:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
• 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
