A handy shower room for muddy paws can be found here too. Make your way to the heart of the home - the bespoke kitchen outfitted with everything you need to whip up a feast using the freshest local ingredients. Then, gather round the dining room's table - and indulge in a delicious family meal. Later, retire to the cosy lounge, where you'll find plush sofas, a Smart TV, and a warming wood burner that’s sure to be popular with the pups. When bedtime rolls around, choose from one of four beautifully designed first-floor bedrooms, each offering a restful night's sleep and a breathtaking view to wake up to. There's the king-size bed with a charming feature fireplace, a twin room, a double room with a feature fireplace, and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top that children will adore. Additionally, there’s a spacious bathroom with a shower over a freestanding bath for a luxurious soak at the end of the day. Step outside and savour your morning coffee on the sunroom deck, and then make your way down to the paved patio area, complete with a table, chairs, and BBQ. For a touch of luxury, look forward to the wood-burning hot tub (available for use starting Easter 2023), where you can lounge in comfort as the river flows beneath you.

Great location in the Dee Valley. Comfortable cottage and nice to have amenities such as the hot tub. We would have liked more instructions for the hot tub and it would be nice to have a better supply of wood for no additional cost. Wood bucket price was very high.

Lovely comfortable cottage in a stunning location above the Dee, two large terraces both with covered areas if required and we loved relaxing in the hot tub then retreating inside to sit by the wood burner. Also a large garden down to the river which was great for the dogs to have a snuffle and imagine it will be glorious in summer.
