Gather a group of friends or family for a dog-friendly getaway with your beloved four-legged friend at this spacious and elegant converted barn with a balcony where you can soak up the countryside views, a sociable open plan living area and plenty of outdoor space for a run around.
The upside-down layout of this property means that the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is neutral-toned with wooden flooring and has warm red decor is on the first floor. Unwind in the lounge area and put your feet up on the plump leather sofas which surround the flame effect gas fire and TV. Next to this is a wooden dining table where you can share a homecooked meal with your guests. The kitchen area is spacious with wooden cabinets, sparkling surface tops, colourful tiles and benefits from a dishwasher and washing machine. On the ground floor is a family bathroom plus four bedrooms – a king-size, a single with an en-suite, a twin room, and a king-size with an additional single bed. Outside is a private balcony with furniture plus a large lawn which is shared with neighbouring properties.
During your stay in the small settlement of Tregurnow in St Buryan, you’ll be surrounded by tranquil countryside and nature walking trails. Head to the nearby village of Lamorna (2 miles) for a meal out at the canine-welcoming pub or visit the well-manicured Chygurno Gardens. Go for a dip at the rocky Lamorna Cove Beach (2.5 miles) or follow the South West Coast Path to reach the Kemyel nature reserve (4 miles) if you head north, or the historical landmarks of Carn barges (1.5 miles) and Tater-du Lighthouse (2 miles) if you head south.
