Our first thoughts on arrival was 'oh! wow!' The cottage was impeccably clean, it was immensely comfortable and very homely! The location was brilliant and all the windows provided a great view over the countryside. There was ample space in the cottage for all of us. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone taking a break in the area.

What a brilliant find. It feels like a home, not a holiday rental. So cozy. Lots of lovely walks from the door. The village has everything you need (The Ferry Inn included) and Lincoln is minutes away. The host was also brilliant. Great communication, flexible and accommodating. Fantastic.

A lovely cottage which was well equipped and spotless. The welcome basket with local products was very thoughtful. The location was great and we arrived just as lambs were being born in the adjacent field. We would definitely recommend this cottage.
