Ideal for a gathering of friends or family, this fantastic property is packed full of stylish design, with a sun-trap garden and plenty of cosy corners in which to spend quality time with your entire pack.

Step inside this bright and breezy home away from home and feel instantly at ease in its warm and inviting spaces. The semi-open plan living space has plenty of comfortable sofa seating to put your feet up after a day of discovery whilst Rover snoozes at your side. The sociable kitchen/diner is the perfect spot to plan upcoming activities over a delicious meal or head outside to the fabulous tiered garden and dine alfresco using the BBQ provided. At the end of the day, the family bathroom’s free-standing tub is ideal for a relaxing soak, and there's a separate rainfall shower too. When it comes time for bed, the first of the bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, complete with an attractive wood-panelled feature wall. Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms await. Wake up in the wonderfully light and airy master bedroom, head onto its private balcony with your morning coffee, and take in the views overlooking the garden and rooftops beyond. Tucked under the sloping eaves of the roof, the cosy twin room and a fun-filled bunk room are perfect for children. A shared first-floor shower room completes this charming holiday home.

Newquay is a town highly regarded for its beaches and excellent surfing conditions. The most famed of these beaches is the sweeping golden sand of Fistral Bay, a fantastic family-friendly beach that welcomes canine friends year round. Spend fun-filled days swimming, sand-castle building, reading and, of course, surfing! Take your pup on a nostalgic steam train ride at Newquay’s Lappa Valley (4.5 miles). The railway has large fields at the top of the valley where dogs can be let off the lead for a run, and you will find water bowls located around the site, and even doggy biscuits available. For walkies to remember, strike out along the South West Coast Path towards spectacular cliff-top scenery or head to Cardinham Woods (20 miles), a haven for your curious canines where you can explore nature walks, ride cycling trails and recharge in the cafe, all set within a picturesque forested valley.

This house was fabulous and spacious, so useful if you have a dog! The garden was securely enclosed so there was a peace of mind knowing Max couldn't escape. It was in a very quiet road, but 5 minutes to the shops, restaurants and bars. Ideal location, everything is on your doorstep. We visited several beaches, but Crantock Beach was our favourite,Read more only about 7 mins away. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday, so sad to leave Hide
