Luxurious and comfortable, this superb holiday home welcomes large families or groups of friends bringing a canine companion, too. Stretch canine legs on Aberdovey Beach or enjoy scenic country walks. When you return to this stylish cottage after busy days, you can dine alfresco as you relish the extraordinary views through impressive glass doors or from the beautiful private terrace.
Let your excited hound lead you up the steps and into this superb holiday destination, in which crisp white walls complement wooden floors for a calming ambience. Store dog food in the utility and head into the living space, which comprises an open-plan kitchen/diner, with a Smart TV and a wood burner, and a dining table that easily seats ten. Wall-to-wall bifold doors allow you to enjoy the views in all weathers. This room flows around the corner to the kitchen, which boasts an American-style fridge/freezer and no less than two ovens. On this level you’ll also find the first of the four super-king-size bedrooms (which has patio doors to the terrace), as well as a sleek shower room. The remaining bedrooms, a family bathroom and a second shower room are all on the first floor. Perhaps the most impressive feature of the house is its long, raised sun terrace, where you can drink, grill on the BBQ, dine, lounge or soak in the hot tub (and shower afterwards), your pup also relaxing in the fresh air. For anyone bringing bikes, the property also has a cycle rack.
Located just above the charming seaside village of Aberdovey, the house is less than 1 mile from a long, unspoilt beach, most of which welcomes four-pawed friends all year round. Head to Tywyn, 4 miles, and jump on the scenic Talyllyn Railway, which steams you through southern Snowdonia, passing the Dolgoch Falls and reaching Nant Gwernol, where there are excellent forest walks.
