With a warming wood burner, spacious garden and its own private hot tub, this stylish family home offers the best of both coast and country for a gathering of friends or family on the borders of the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With up to three canine companions welcome to join you, no member of your pack will miss out on your northern extravaganza.

Enter via the spacious hallway, shed your coats, and head through to the light and airy lounge, a comfortable haven with plush seating and a warm wood-burning stove that the hounds will adore. Watch a movie on the Smart TV or open the bi-fold doors to let in the natural light and enjoy the garden views. The open-plan kitchen-diner is a culinary delight, complete with a kitchen island, granite worktops, and state-of-the-art appliances. Sit and savour a drink while chatting with the chef, or enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table that seats eight. You'll find two bedrooms on the ground floor, a twin and a king-sized bedroom, while the upstairs holds a super-king-sized bedroom with dual-aspect windows, and there’s a king-sized bedroom too. The modern family bathroom has a freestanding bath for a relaxing soak at the end of the day and also features a walk-in shower. Outside, discover a wonderful garden, with a patio area, ample furniture, and a BBQ for alfresco dining. Take a sumptuous soak in the luxurious seven-seater hot tub while Fido safely explores the fully enclosed borders. There’s also a handy outdoor tap for washing away the day's adventures from muddy paws.

Embleton is a dog-friendly haven with plenty of activities to keep both you and your furry friend entertained. Whether you're looking for a leisurely walk along the beach, an invigorating hike in the countryside, or a fun day out, this charming Northumberland village has something for everyone. Take a stroll along the stunning Embleton Bay (3 miles), a sweeping sandy dog-friendly beach that's perfect for a day at the seaside with your pups. For those who love to ramble, the nearby countryside provides plenty of opportunities to explore, with plenty of exciting sights, sounds and smells for Rover to investigate along the way. For walkies to remember, head 20 miles inland to discover the rugged scenery of Northumberland National Park, a vast protected borders landscape encompassing Hadrian's Wall, Kielder Forest and the Cheviot Hills.
