Gather your favourite humans and hounds for a break at Barmouth. This huge holiday home has eight bedrooms – each with its own TV and en-suite – and a great seafront location.
Combining period features with contemporary twists, this four-storey townhouse has been designed with a focus on spending quality time together. Step into the hall and to one side there’s a stylish dining room with views towards the sea, a Smart TV and plenty of space for everyone to eat and chat in comfort. Further along the hall, the kitchen is flooded with natural light and has all the self-catering essentials; also on this floor is a useful utility room, cloakroom and a games room for friendly competition. Completing the ground floor layout is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the first floor, the lounge has panoramic views over the town, beach and out to sea. Your four-legged friend can curl up by your feet while you relax. A further seven bedrooms over the upper three floors all have great views. Choose from a double with an en-suite bathroom, two king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a second spacious double with a dressing area and en-suite shower room, a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin with an en-suite shower room and lastly, at the top of the house, a spacious king-size with a day bed and en-suite shower room. An enclosed patio garden to the front of the building is a great spot for guests and pets to take in the sea air and watch the world go by.
Barmouth is southern Eryri/Snowdonia's most popular seaside resort – enjoy breathtaking views of Cardigan Bay and the National Park. There are plenty of gentle, sandy and mountainous trails to sniff out, including the Mawddach Trail which winds for 9.5 miles along a disused railway track on the southern edge of the estuary between Barmouth and Dolgellau.
