Escape to a charming town in the wilderness of the largest national park in the UK, the Cairngorms, and immerse yourself in the rugged Scottish landscape filled with mighty mountains and glistening lochs. Home to some of the most scenic dog walking routes in the county, Fido and your five other guests are guaranteed to get the dose of fresh air and adventure they’re hoping for. You can also enjoy an authentic whisky-tasting experience at one of the local, canine-welcoming distilleries in Aviemore. After a day of exploration, settle down in your wooden hideaway where you can admire the garden views through the floor-to-ceiling glass panels surrounding the lounge/diner.
The open-plan living space is sociable and comfortable with plenty of natural light and seating. Inside the kitchen, meals can be prepared on the dark, U-shaped units. A small study space can be found next to the lounge with views of the garden. Also on the ground floor is a wet room with a WC. Climb the stairs to reach the two generously sized king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite with a shower. There is also a twin room and a bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with furniture and a grassy area.
Set in a woodland less than 1 mile from Aviemore, this location is ideal for a family or group of friends who love nature. The town of Aviemore is home to a dog-friendly brewery, cafes and restaurants. A range of water sports can be enjoyed at Loch Insh (6 miles) and Loch Morlich (7 miles), and there will be plenty of opportunities for your four-legged friend to sniff out the wildlife at Loch an Eilein (4.5 miles) and Rothiemurchus Estate (2.5 miles).
