Inside, the lounge/diner is the heart of the home, beckoning you to spend quality time with your loved ones. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge frame breathtaking views, while two leather sofas, armchairs, a wood burner, and a Smart TV provide a cosy atmosphere to snuggle up with Rover at your feet. The dining area, situated to the rear, features an oak table perfect for shared meal times or family games. Continuing through the hallway, you'll find a compact yet well-equipped kitchen, a utility area for wiping down muddy paws, and a convenient cloakroom. There are four bedrooms, including two doubles and two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (convertible into twins upon request), one with an en-suite shower room. At the end of the hall, a conservatory with a sofa offers additional space to enjoy the spectacular views, and the family bathroom completes the internal layout. Outside, enjoy the stunning valley vistas from the covered BBQ area, complete with seating suitable for year-round enjoyment. Beyond, the lawn provides a perfect space for children and four-legged friends to play. The shared garage houses a washing machine for added convenience.

The area serves as an ideal base for a walking or climbing holiday, providing ample opportunities to explore the rugged beauty of the Duddon with your faithful friend. The cottage is situated near the historic village of Broughton-in-Furness (4 miles), where you’ll discover a charming cobbled square surrounded by Georgian-era shops, pubs, and homes, creating a picturesque setting. For a delightful family outing, the Furness Railway, accessible from nearby Foxfield (6 miles), offers a scenic journey along the west coast of Cumbria, where hounds on the lead are welcome to join you.
