This beautiful cottage-style home is located in a distinguished holiday village on the outskirts of Filey and is the ideal coastal retreat for a couple or family alongside one or two furry friends. With vast sweeps of sand practically on your doorstep and easy access to the town’s traditional seaside fun, enjoy a relaxing break on the ever-popular East Yorkshire Coast.

This pretty brick-built cottage has instant charm with an open-plan living space great for sharing time with loved ones. Sit back and relax on the sofa seating or plan the next day's activity over a family meal. The dining area opens directly onto a lovely patio where you can enjoy a morning coffee on the garden furniture or sundown drinks. Beyond the patio are a boules court and extensive lawns shared with fellow holidaymakers. There are many fantastic facilities on site, including an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, spa, tennis courts, a dog-friendly pub, pizza restaurant, a children’s playground and a five-a-side football pitch, truly something for everyone.

Just 2 miles away, Filey is a popular seaside town which offers an assortment of restaurants, cafes and amusements where Fido will certainly be interested in a locally made ice cream. After some foodie indulgence, walk it off with a glorious walk along coast and cliff, meeting other four-legged friends along the way. Take a day trip to Scarborough (10 miles), where you can find the historic 12th-century castle, an incredible water park, and there’s even a wildlife watching boat tour along the coast that canine companions can join you on too. Please note that dangerous breeds, regardless of certificate of exemption are not allowed on site

Perfect, the cottage is lovely, ample space, well equipped, very nicely decorated and comfortable. In a perfect location for visiting local attractions. The owners couldnt be nicer and extremely helpful should any issues arise. All in all a great place to stay, we will definitely return.

Very clean and very well maintained. Well equipped kitchen with essentials in cupboard if you had forgotten something. Having own parking bay by front door a real plus (we have stayed at other houses on the estate where there has been an issue). Lovely walk to the beach and Filey. Fabulous cottage! Weve just returned from a week with two 8 year old boys and two energetic spaniels and we have all had a wonderful time. It felt like we were staying in a friends house as there are so many little welcoming touches throughout. Plenty of games, DVDs, beach toys etc. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. FabulRead moreous walks straight from the door. A brilliant holiday cottage, ideally located close to Filey and with easy access to Flamborough, Bempton and Bridlington. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything you might need. The cottage is very nice, clean, light spacious. But not suitable if you have any disabilities. Like getting in and out of the bath, no hook off shower. Sofas were low, and beds were very low, not good if you have difficulty getting up from things. Also there were a lot of flies, might have been the weather.

Lovely cottage, very well equipped with everything you need to cook a proper meal. Nicely decorated. Great location for resorts that have things to entertain children and the bay was beautiful.

Would definitely stay again if visiting the area and would highly recommend this property . The free pass for the indoor pool and gym is an added bonus. Great base for visiting Filey, Flamborough Head, Scarborough, Whitby, Goathland, Pickering. Sewerby Hall & Gardens and Zoo is also on your doorstep and worth a trip.

Lovely cottage located in a purpose built village with lots of facilities at the house and close by to ensure a stress free break. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend them and their cottage.
