Set within 30 acres of Devon countryside on the outskirts of South Molton, this magnificent country house makes the perfect base for family gatherings and special occasions. Accommodating up to 18 people and 5 pups, the property has abundant living space plus a hot tub and sauna to help you relax and unwind. With the Exmoor National Park on your doorstep and the North Devon coast just over 20 miles away, you’re guaranteed to have a ball!

Spread over three storeys, this holiday home is light and spacious with a flamboyant country style, striking wallpaper and colourful fabrics. The large lounge offers space for everybody to sink into the deep sofas, while your canine chums snooze in front of the wood burner. The kitchen has two ovens including a range so you can cook up a storm, and then gather to dine around the table that seats 18. The eight bedrooms are divided between the first and second floors, six of which have en-suites, but it’s the outdoor space that really gives this property its wow factor. Sip a glass of wine in the hot tub under the stars, enjoy a BBQ in the sun, and let your furry friends burn off some energy with a game of fetch.

This country house is 2.5 miles east of South Molton, a historic market town on the border of Exmoor National Park. There are several dog-friendly pubs and a thriving market where you and your dog can sniff out some tasty treats. Exmoor is a natural playground for humans and dogs alike, with open heathland, wooded walks, lakes, rivers and streams to explore. If you fancy a day at the coast, the beaches at Woolacombe (27 miles) and Saunton Sands (21 miles) offers miles of golden sands and welcome dogs all year round.

  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £70. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

There shouldnt really advertise a sauna as it doesnt get hot just warm and kept turning off. And the top room radiator didnt work which was not good with a newborn baby in the room. And advertised sky sports and didnt have that. Apart from that it was super lovely house so comfy and big. Just what we needed

60th birthday plenty of room for are party used Hot Tub every day lovely veiws oout the back, found the house was very comfortable and plenty of space

Have just spent our time here for a hen party. Lovely accommodation with lots of space both in the house and outside. Lovely gardens. Owner had left a supply of milk and scones with cream and jam on our arrival which added a nice touch. Very well equipped with crockery, glassware, plenty of fridge and freezer space. Had to ring host on arrival due Read moreto wrong door code on booking confirmation but this was instantly sorted with phone call and text message. A lovely home from home experience. Hide

Lovely house and location and lovely people only downside of our holiday was electricity going off for most of the day but were kept informed by owner , but would definitely recommend and will be stopping there again soon as plenty of room for everyone including the dogs

The Garliford house is so beautiful and equipped with nice view from the nice orangery. We were a group of 18 including children and we all were happy and comfortable during our stay. It was absolutely warm even in this cold winter. The hot tub is so amazing. Dont miss laying in the hot water looking at the green view. Its incredible!

Fantastic cottage, our extended family of 17 stayed here for a long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Almost all rooms have an en-suite, very clean, spacious downstairs with all the utensils you need and having logs delivered for the wood burner was a lovely touch. We cant wait to return! Would be great anytime of year.

We had a family long weekend, the farm house is lovely and quiet its quirky and has a lovely feel to it. The hot tub was superb, everything there you need we would recommend asking Sally in advance about her local produce that she has available. Sally was an excellent host and her advice about the local pubs was spot on.
