Dogs are also welcome to help you explore Cheddar Gorge (8 miles), Hinton Blewett (10 miles), Black Down and Chew Valley Lake (both 11.5 miles). To the south, you and your four-legged friend can head to Glastonbury Tor and the ruins of Glastonbury Abbey (both 6 miles).
