Enter the property to find a bright, open-plan living space. The kitchen area is complete with everything you could need, including a coffee machine and an island unit for enjoying meals, and it flows into the lounge, finished with sofas and bean bags for casual family time. You’ll see a small office area for any private phone calls or work you need to do while away with a nice view over the garden. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: one double and a twin for the kids. Both are beautifully decorated and wonderfully comfortable, great for resting and rejuvenating. Out the back of the property, you’ll see the garden. This can be accessed by the neighbour but is otherwise enclosed. It features a sheltered seating area (perfect for those delicious coffees), a lawn and a collection of plants surrounded by gravel. It’s a lovely place to stretch out while your dog sniffs everything thoroughly.
Eastbourne is a charming seaside town with all the traditional attractions, including a pier, a pebbly beach (no dogs, unfortunately) and plenty of places to get ice cream. Take a stroll to Helen Garden (1.5 miles), a lovely park with sea views, or visit the highest chalk cliffs in England on Beachy Head. There’s a dog-friendly pub nearby for hearty lunches. If you fancy a longer walk, try the Seven Sisters, an incredibly beautiful spot where you can walk next to the ocean. If you’re looking for more bustle, take a day trip to Brighton, 21 miles away.
