Nestled in the fetching Victorian seaside haven of Ilfracombe, just a stick’s throw from the heritage harbour, this stylish townhouse offers families and groups of friends tail-wagging interiors and a wonderful hot tub. Spend quality time with your canine companion discovering windswept walks along the South West Coast Path.

Hang up the leash in the hallway and lead the way into the light and bright contemporary kitchen/diner. Your four-pawed friend won’t be able to resist dozing on the rug as you get creative with your local treats and enjoy your feast seated around the dining table. If you’ve still got plenty of energy, lead the pack upstairs to hunker down on the comfy corner sofa in the lounge and share tales of the day’s adventures. On fine evenings, throw open the doors to the balcony to unwind to the sound of the sea in the distance. You have three wonderfully peaceful bedrooms across the first and second floors to retire to, one king-size, one double and one twin. Outside, little paws will go mutts padding around the enclosed terrace as you soak up your seaside surroundings by dining alfresco or from the comfort of the hot tub.

The seaside town of Ilfracombe boasts a historic harbour, with Damien Hirst’s statue Verity standing guard at the entrance, plus plenty of independent cafes; don’t forget to fetch yourself an ice cream! Those with a nose for nature can join the South West Coast Path from the headland to find plenty of ball-throwing opportunities and lots of exciting new smells. Further afield, discover spectacular seascape views at Valley of the Rocks, 14 miles away, or practise the doggy paddle at neighbouring Lynmouth, 13 miles away. Exmoor National Park, with its moorlands and woodland walks, can be reached within 11 miles.

The house was lovely & clean, comfortable & well equipped. It was close to the town & harbour, meaning for our weekend we didnt have to drive anywhere. We had a lovely chilled weekend.

A perfect place to stay. Really clean and tidy space, as a family of 5 we enjoyed quality time in the house as well as exploring the local area. The house has everything you need. Lovely little touches like coffee machine and all amenities like washing up bits. Clearly lots of effort put into the house to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Lovely home right in the heart of Ilfracombe. The property was clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. Two sitting areas made it feel spacious. The outside area is small but feels private, with a sitting area and hot tub.
