Down your bags and coats in the hall and head through to the large, stylish living room/diner with a fantastic corner sofa which has space for everyone to sprawl out and get comfortable in front of the Smart TV. Behind the sofa is a long dining table where celebratory meals can be served up whilst stories are shared between old friends and family. For meal preparation, the modern kitchen has ample space, including a large fridge/freezer and cupboards to store produce, as well as a breakfast table providing additional seating. Completing the ground floor is a neutral double bedroom and a shower room. Upstairs there is a further king-size bedroom and a twin room, both of which benefit from en-suite shower rooms for a little extra privacy. The final bedroom is a lovely double. To the rear of the property there is a path leading through to the private patio area. Here you’ll find a custom-built gazebo, outdoor seating and a BBQ where you can make use of the space all year round with your canine companion by your side. There is also a private hot tub which is available to use between 10am and 10pm for the ultimate way to relax at the end of the day.
The charming village of Balloch sits just a mile away, from which you can take a cruise around Loch Lomond, keeping an eye out for the mighty mountain of Ben Lomond and an array of historic houses and castles. Here you’ll also find Balloch Castle Country Park, home to a 19th-century castle and an array of gardens which are great for walkies. Visit Hill Head National Trust (8.5 miles) for more beautifully landscaped gardens or head to Glasgow (20 miles) to wander the city and take your pick from one of the many dog-friendly cafes, pubs and restaurants.
