Beautiful national park location with wildlife, walks, and water sports in the area Set in a courtyard complex and with a light and modern interior, this property a beautiful base within a few miles of the banks of bonnie Loch Lomond – the perfect location for a range of outdoor pursuits.

Whether you’re in search of adventure or relaxation, this property offers it all with Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park just a short distance away for long walks with your canine companion by your side. Return home to the blissful private hot tub and sumptuous sofas each evening to recoup and regenerate for the ultimate experience.

As you enter the property, there is a spacious hallway where coats, bags and boots can be stored. The open-plan living room/diner is a wonderful place for you to feel right at home. Here, you can put your feet up and relax whilst watching a film on the Smart TV with two pillowy sofas and a footstool for extra comfort. On the opposite side of the room there is a large dining table for celebratory feasts come breakfast, lunch or dinner, as well as a set of patio doors leading out to the garden. To prepare snacks and meals, the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and ample storage space, as well as an additional dining table seating four. All on the same floor, there are three tastefully decorated bedrooms, one king, one double that benefits from an en-suite shower room, as well as one twin which is great for younger guests. Completing the inside of the property is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath offering the choice of a long soak or a quick shower. Outside, there is an enclosed patio area topped with a bespoke gazebo and seating for use all year around, as well as a luxurious hot tub which is available to use between 10am and 10pm each day.

Located in a fantastic position to get out and explore, Balloch is just a mile away with an array of dog-friendly shops and restaurants, as well as Balloch Castle Country Park where the whole family will enjoy the long walks through a patchwork terrain of maintained gardens, woodland and parkland. 2 miles away is Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park where a range of water sports, boat trips and scenic strolls are plentiful and dogs will love exploring. For those in search of a challenge, Ben Lomond, a 974m mountain is a must-visit, especially for the magnificent panoramic views from the summit.

Excellent holiday home and extremely clean. Only slight issue was the wi-fi but overall fantastic accommodation and well equipped.. We also left something and we had great communication to arrange getting this back. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you

Beautiful setting with more than adequate amenities. The lodge is equipped with anything you may need. The only downfall for me was that the hot tub was a little cool for my preference and due to over-filling (water overflows when people get in) - the temperature was too low to use. Other than the hot tub the lodge was beautiful and extremely well Read moremaintained in lovely surroundings. Hide

The cottage was lovely and the owners were very friendly explaining everything when we arrived including how the hot tub worked. A great place for a getaway.
