Heading through a set of double doors you’ll find the bright, airy dining room with a table to seat seven guests and French doors which allow plenty of light to flood in. The kitchen is modern and spacious creating an inviting space to cook up a feast for breakfast, lunch or dinner. At bedtime, take your pick from one of the three double bedrooms, all tastefully furnished with a welcoming ambience. One of the bedrooms also benefits from an en-suite shower room, whilst the others share the family bathroom which has a shower over the bath. Outside, an enclosed patio area where the whole family, including the dog, can sit out and soak up the sun. For a splash of luxury, there’s also a private hot tub which is available from 10am-10pm daily.
Balloch is a fantastic village from which to explore this beautiful part of Scotland. Just a mile from the property you’ll find a selection of dog-friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs to dine at, as well as the Balloch Castle Country Park which has so much to see from kitchen gardens and pleasure grounds to the Fairy Glen and woodlands. Loch Lomond (2 miles) is a must-visit too whilst staying in the area, with glorious walking trails and plenty of water sports including stand-up paddleboarding. Kayaking, wakeboarding and water skiing ensuring there is something for all the family. For an alternative location for walkies, Mugdock Country Park has 27 hectares of woodland, heathland and moorland so you’ll never tire of the natural beauty of the area.
