Wonderfully decorated in a gorgeous contemporary and cosy style, this two-bedroom romantic cottage boasts direct access from the house to many lovely local footpaths and trails which will lead you and your pup on adventures to the nearby market town of Rye, local woods and across this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Conveniently located on one level, this gorgeous cottage is full of character, beautifully styled and finished with each room offering an inviting space in which to relax. There’s plenty of room to snuggle up on the comfortable sofas with your canine companion at your feet, where you can also warm toes and paws in front of the gas wood burner-effect fire and enjoy a movie before getting creative with your culinary skills in the contemporary kitchen/diner, where the hard floor makes it easy to clean up after the two-legged and four-legged guests. There’s also a shower room with a large walk-in shower so you can wash away the day’s adventures and an area outside with tap for washing your furry pal.

After a long day exploring and when it’s time to get some sleep you can choose from two equally delightful bedrooms – a pretty double or a super king-size room, both of which are spacious and restful.

Outside, you and the pup can let off some steam in the large south facing fully enclosed rear garden which is perfect for al fresco dining and comes complete with a petanque court and an expansive lawn ideal for a final walkies before bedtime.

Nestled in some breathtaking countryside, Peasmarsh maintains a busy local community, with several dog friendly pubs and plenty of superb walking trails for you and your four-pawed pal to explore. These trails will lead you out of the village to the nearby market town of Rye (3 miles) which boasts many independent shops, tearooms and restaurants and is the perfect place for whiling away an afternoon. Otherwise, why not treat your pup to an adventure at Camber Sands, 7 miles away, a beautiful sandy beach, where they can scale the only dunes in East Sussex before galloping through the waves stretching nearly 5 miles east of the neighbouring village. Hastings, 15 miles away, also offers a fantastic seaside promenade to run along

The cottage was immaculately clean, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Everything about Tree View felt generous. The location was convenient yet peaceful. We had good communication with our host during the stay should we need it - which we did not. I will be recommending Tree View to friends and family.

A lovely holiday cottage close to Rye and the coast. The property is very well equipped, clean and comfortable, we found everything we needed. As we have a dog, the well maintained garden was a real plus, large, secure, clean and with comfortable seating. Our dog enjoyed himself as much as we did and we plan to revisit.
