Get competitive in the games room, where you’ll also find a bar. The kitchen has a classic cottage feel to it with a range-style cooker and breakfast area. Or you can eat in the dining room. Climb the stairs to find the six bedrooms – two family rooms that sleep up to four guests, two king-size bedrooms and two twin rooms. All of these rooms also have en-suite bathrooms, and there is an additional family bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden, lawns, a play park, a patio, two hot tubs and a sauna.

This property is located in a rural area of South Devon, surrounded by fields and greenery. The closest town is Honiton (4 miles), where there are a handful of shops and dog-friendly pubs. If you head on a group trip to the Jurassic coast there are a number of delightful beaches where you and your fur baby can enjoy a splash in the sea before a wholesome hike along the rugged coastline.
