Newquay boasts some of the best beaches in Cornwall and is a popular spot for surfing and other water sports such as kayaking and paddleboarding. Fistral Beach, right outside the apartment, welcomes dogs year-round, and there are several other sandy stretches nearby, such as Holywell Bay (6 miles) and Perran Sands (8 miles). Enjoy a variety of independent shops, restaurants, and dog-friendly pubs in the town, or take a trip on the Lappa Valley Steam Railway (6 miles), which takes guests on a trip through the surrounding woodland. Alternatively, take a walk along the South West Coast Path, which winds along the rugged coastline and offers up superb views.
