For a taste of a traditional seaside holiday, this large, modern property is a fantastic place for friends and family to gather together to make memories with their canine companions by their side. Spend days playing in the arcades, building sandcastles and eating the finest local foods, making the most of living by the coast.

Opening up into the high-ceilinged hallway and through to the contemporary and stylish open-plan living space, this charming townhouse is wonderfully spacious and lends itself well to social celebrations. The living space has lovely, comfortable seating to ensure all guests can sit around together playing board games and sharing stories. Bi-folding doors allow you to bring the outside in and open up the space, great for celebrations on warm evenings. A state-of-the-art kitchen makes mealtimes for large numbers an easy task, featuring a breakfast bar seating four. Whilst the long dining table in the open-plan living space ensures friends and family can gather around and tuck into a feast together. The final room on the ground floor is a convenient utility room which has a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a downstairs WC. Upstairs on the first floor, there are three elegant bedrooms; a twin and two king-size rooms, one of which boasts a beautiful bay window where guests can sit and gaze out over the views of the sea. There is a modern wet room featuring a shower that serves this floor. On the top floor of the property, there is a lovely double bedroom and a king-size bedroom too. The landing has a small pool table and games area where entertainment is on offer. Outside, the enclosed garden is an extension of the social space, with a grassy area for the dogs to run free and built-in seating that makes dining alfresco in the summer months a must.

Staying in Saltburn-by-the-Sea is a real treat for all ages with a fantastic dog-friendly, lifeguarded beach being the central attraction. Take a ride on the funicular Saltburn Cliff Lift and enjoy a day out to the amusements; these old school experiences never fail to please a crowd. Within close proximity to the townhouse, there are a variety of cafes, pubs and restaurants that welcome pups so all the family can enjoy a meal out together. For countryside walks, North York Moors National Park is just 6 miles away with rugged scenery and plenty of footpaths that those on two legs and on four will love.

This house is in a great location. Perfect for groups of friends or family. Beach and seafront is lovely for everyone,all ages and dogs too. Comfortable bedrooms. Lounge and dining table a squeeze for 12 but we had a great time. Very handy walk to shop at nearby Sainsburys. We had hot sunshine for several days, the garden is great for warm eveningsRead more but needs a sunshade for daytime. We contacted the local rep about a couple of things and they were very helpful. We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th birthday with my children and Grandchildren . Cottage immaculate, all necessary facilities available and location just a walk away from the local shops and bars. Welcome pack much appreciated too.

Lovely location , parking a great bonus. Bed linen perfect. We had bad luck the weather was atrocious, so didnt get chance to use the lovely garden seating area.

A perfect place for a large family get together, dog friendly, spacious, we loved it. 10mins walk to beach, loved the venicular on the way back up the hill, nice cafes and restaurants and east access to nearby Whitby, Sandsend and Staithes

We had a great family holiday. Brilliant location so close to everything, beach, supermarket, restaurants & takeaways, bookshops, delis and had the Folk Festival as well! Location of property was excellent with plenty of shops, bistros etc and close to beach. People in local area very friendly. Owner was very friendly when spoke to him about time of arrival etc. We felt the house was over priced for what we paid with lack of cleanliness, doors that didnt shut leaving you with no privacy and outdoor shower unclean anRead mored not accessible as used as storage space instead. No outdoor cinema as stated. A Tv in bedrooms would have been nice. Hide
