The lodge’s cosy open-plan living area enjoys mountain views and comprises a super-king-size bed which sits a metre away from the comfortable chairs arranged in front of the wood burner, the perfect place to watch a film after a romantic meal for two, prepared in the nearby kitchen area and eaten at the compact dining table, has been cleared away. A stylish shower room opposite the living area completes the lodge. Outside, the enclosed garden is perfect for alfresco dining and stargazing from the hot tub, as well as investigative sniffs by your pup at sunrise and last thing at night.
Hikers will be pulling on their boots to stride up the Mamore Mountains (3 miles) while Loch Leven (8 miles) offers water sports galore. Dogs are welcome aboard the Jacobite Steam Train (22 miles) which travels between Fort William and Mallaig.
