The house is perfect for a family, with open-plan living, a king-size and a twin bedroom, and a Wii with various controllers and games. There’s also a gorgeous garden with different areas for your happy hound to sniff out and explore, making this a perfect peaceful retreat.
If you’ve been out all day, you’ll love lighting the wood burner when you get in, putting on the TV and relaxing while Fido snoozes in his basket in the warmth of the fire. If the weather’s nice, you’ll want to live outside, where there’s a decked area next to the house and a second area down some steps with a large patio for BBQs, pretty lawns and planting –everyone will love the garden and the feeling of space, especially those with four legs!
Grab the lead and head out on a walk straight from the house around Firestone Copse, less than 500 metres away. There are also lots of footpaths nearby and the coast is 2.5 miles away with lovely long walks on the sandy beaches. Ryde, known for its eclectic mix of shops, is 2.5 miles away and definitely worth visiting. Appley Beach, about 1.5 miles east of Ryde Pier, is stunning and the water is usually warm in the summer. If you keep walking another mile, you’ll reach Puckpool Park where there are tennis courts, crazy golf, and a playground. They can also join you on a steam train ride on the Isle of Wight Railway, about 1 mile from the house, with a free doggy ticket and Robin Hill Country Park 2.4 miles away.
