Rob & Amanda could not have done anymore for you. Cottage equiped with everything you could want. Spotlessly clean and all the little extras just added to your experience. Lots to do in the area and all in a very reasonable distance. We would like to return again.

A gem of a place and relaxing in the hot tub was the highlight for us. Location in peaceful countryside and the hotel 5 min walk away was a bonus with great beer garden to rear and Sunday lunch really good. Made to feel very welcome by the owners.

This is a comfortable and very dog friendly cottage with a fully enclosed paved garden area. The owners were friendly and helpful. The location was great for visiting the local area - Binchester Roman Fort is only a couple of miles away as is the deer park at Bishops Auckland which was fabulous for dog walks.

Leading up to the stay the owners were really responsive to emails which was helpful and outlined everything for you.
