This contemporary first-floor apartment is perfect for families or couples wishing to leave the car and set off on foot, as its set in the heart of bustling Lyndhurst with its great range of amenities.

Lyndhurst is known as the capital of The New Forest and is home to a wide range of amenities including cafes, pubs, boutique shops and restaurants. Centrally located on the high street, this property gives the best of both worlds as you can also easily explore the many routes weaving through the New Forest National Park and marvel at this fragile landscape, complete with free-roaming ponies and cattle. Head 9 miles south to the popular coastal town of Lymington and wander around the pretty harbour before taking a boat trip. Within 7 miles are the Beaulieu Motor Museum, Palace House, Bucklers Hard, Reptile Centre and Burley village.

The shared staircase leads to the first floor and the private entrance into the apartment. Motion sensor lighting guides you to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on your left. This sociable space has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is space to dine just opposite and watch the world go by through large bay windows, overlooking the bustling Lyndhurst high street. Comfortable seating lines one wall and is the perfect place to relax and unwind in front of the Smart TV. Heading back into the entrance hall you will find the two bedrooms. There is a charming bunk room with a small double bed and single bunk over, as well as a spacious king-size bedroom. The bedrooms share the bathroom, which has a shower over bath and WC.

This apartment benefits from allocated parking for one car at the rear of the property. Regret no outdoor space available.

Great central location in Lyndhurst, and nicely kept property in a small complex which appears to be all holiday homes with this organisation and others. Traffic noise was quite noticable and although less traffic during the night it remained potentially disturbing. This is a shame but maybe an inevitable price to pay for being so convenient for reRead morestaurants, pubs and shops. The key safe system works very well, parking is an asset, but trailing around the block with luggage is tedious. Hide

Excellent apartment, clean, well equipped and comfortable, great location in the middle of the High Street with everything you need within 2 mins walk (shops, cafs, restaurants, bike hire, forest trails, Ferrari dealer if you need a new Ferrari...). Spent a very nice week exploring the New Forest area and IOW, lots to do and discover for all the faRead moremily. Traffic does go through the High Street and you can hear it a bit inside, but only slightly and was not a problem for us. Highly recommended Hide

Lovely flat but not directly accessible from the dedicated parking space.

We had a great week in the apartment (2 adults and a 3 year old) - it had everything we needed. The location is great - easy to get to different parts of the New Forest and some nice restaurants on the doorstep. Would recommend and hope to return.
