The property sleeps six guests and two canine buddies, making it perfect for large families and groups of friends. With a spacious kitchen/diner, the cottage is ideal for entertaining, and the large, enclosed lawn makes a great play area for children and woofers.
The holiday home is decorated in neutral tones, with gentle accents of colour and chic accessories bringing a sense of style to each area. The lounge is a relaxed space with comfortable sofas and a swivel chair to unwind on to watch the Smart TV/DVD, whilst the pups toast their toes in front of the cosy wood burner. The sociable kitchen/diner has a breakfast bar to perch on whilst the dinner is being prepared and a large dining table to seat everyone. With hard floors and direct access to the garden, this is a great place for the hounds to make themselves at home. The property has three bedrooms – a king-size, double, and twin. In summer, enjoy meals outdoors on the patio, whilst the children and four-legged beasts burn off steam on the lawn.
Journey to the picturesque village of Pooley Bridge (6 miles) to board one of the iconic Ullswater Steamers. The paw-friendly attraction takes you across the water to admire the breathtaking scenery and you can hop on and off to join the Ullswater Way to visit stunning beauty spots such as Aira Force Waterfall. Lowther Castle and Gardens makes a great doggy day out. Sniff your way around the impressive gardens and dramatic castle ruins, before grabbing a bite to eat from the dog-friendly cafe.
