With two communal spaces to unwind indoors and a generous garden with views of the traditional steam railway passing by, there are plenty of attractive features here to set tails wagging for both man and dog alike. Step out and discover the many scenic spots that the surrounding Lake District has to offer, always packing up picnics and dog treats to keep your entire pack satiated along the way.

Tasteful and modern throughout, this beautiful property promises a contemporary décor in each and every room. Vitally important when holidaying with three dogs, the ground floor features a utility room with washing/drying facilities – don’t forget to pack those dog towels! Adjacent to here is an open-plan living space where we’re certain your dogs will be happy to park their favourite beds, gently dozing off as their family watches TV or sits down to meals. Humans and pets who prefer a dose of peace and quiet can steal away to the snug, switching on the flame-effect electric fire for a cosy night in before heading up to one of three bedrooms upstairs.

Your canine companions will go barking mad for the seemingly endless selection of walkies routes all around you. Set off and wander along the River Leven (less than 0.5 miles) or embrace unforgettable walks along the dramatic Lake Windermere (1 mile). Venture along the West Shore and admire far-reaching views from atop Claife Heights (10.5 miles) or head out for relaxing day trips to the neighbouring towns of Bowness (8 miles) and Windermere (9 miles).
