Entering this beautiful property, the flagstone hallway leads through to the charming and fully equipped kitchen with its stunning exposed wall and surrounding beams, which makes an ideal space for cooking up all your favourite family meals. The welcoming dining room has a large inglenook fireplace and is perfect for getting together to chat about the day. Stepping down into the cosy lounge, this characterful room has wooden floors and beams, and is a lovely space for sitting back with a good book or enjoying a film in the evenings. The ground floor also has a handy shower room. There are four peaceful bedrooms upstairs: two king-size, a double and a single, along with a family bathroom featuring a beautiful slipper bath. Going outside, the large garden is enclosed by a five-bar gate and mature hedging, and features a lawn with space for dogs to stretch their legs, as well as a charming patio with a hot tub and plenty of seating.
This is a fantastic area to explore with your four-legged friends, with Rutland Water offering some glorious walks. The nearby towns of Stamford (5.5 miles) and Oakham (6 miles) have a great range of shops, cafes and pubs. Dogs are also welcome in the parklands surrounding Burghley (9 miles) and Grimsthorpe (15 miles), and in the grounds of Oakham Castle (6 miles).
