A stylish pet friendly couples retreat, in the heart of the island, a great place to stay and explore the surrounding walks and cycle routes.

Benefiting from a central location on the stunning Isle of Wight, this annexe property offers a dog-friendly base from which to explore the island’s coast and countryside. Sleeping two guests and one beloved dog, the property ticks all of the boxes for a couple who wouldn’t dream of leaving man’s best friend in kennels when planning a getaway. All three members of your pack will be eager to curl up by the fire after a long day of exploring the area or unwinding in the sunny garden that’s set to lawn.

All laid out across the ground floor, your four-pawed pup will adore having their entire pack close by throughout the duration of your stay. Step into an open-plan living space that's bright and cheerful with a well-equipped kitchen space, L-shaped sofa and cosy lounge with a wood burner. Prepare meals together using locally sourced ingredients from the island, leaving aside some quality scraps for your beloved canine companion. When it's time for bed, you'll find a cosy sleeping spot in the double bedroom, leaving Fido curled up by the dying embers of the wood-burning fire.

Adventures aplenty are on offer close by when staying here so be sure to pack your doggy treats and tennis balls. Both the east and west coasts of the island are accessible within 15 miles, ensuring that all of the island’s stunning pet-friendly beaches are on offer for you to enjoy. Sniff out some adventure in the Isle of Wight AONB and spend some quality time on the dog-friendly beach of Brighstone Bay (9 miles). Alternatively, less adventurous pups may prefer to stay close to home. Explore nearby Carisbrooke (2.5 miles) and admire the pretty gardens of Carisbrooke Castle with Rover at your heels.

Pebbles was smaller than we were expecting. The information sheet was very comprehensive and the enclosed garden was excellent for our dog.

A compact cottage for two, very dog friendly with good walks on your doorstep. Located in the Islands Centre great to reach all points in 10 miles or so and adjacent to cycle tracks if you bring your velocipede!!

Enjoyed our stay and our dog loved the large enclosed garden. Bed comfortable and everything provided was good. Cups were stained and needed a good clean. Driveway initially hard to find and exit onto busy road dangerous

Absolutely lovely accommodation, super sized garden which the dog loved, very sunny all day long and ideal for a glass of wine in the evening. A very well equipped and comfortable cottage. All parts of the island were reached easily and quickly from the central and secure location. The best holiday cottage we have stayed in on our UK holidays.

'Pebbles ' is a small cottage bur very comfortable and cosy, ideal for a couple and their dog. There are great places to walk and explore the Island. There's a lovely garden to relax in when the sun is going down. The property is very central making it convenient for shops, visiting places of interest and relaxing in country pubs.

Stunning, stylish cottage with a wonderful and private garden. We had everything we needed and our hosts were extremely helpful. The cottage is located centrally, which we found perfect to explore the Island.

Lovely garden especially for the dog she loved running around it, fully enclosed too. Cottage compact and homely, well situated for getting around the island. Nice and quiet countryside position.

Lovely little cottage, great location to explore the island, especially by bike. Had everything we needed for a relaxing self-catering stay. Wed also recommend eating at Tansys Pantry in Godshill.
