This impressive property is fit for a celebration with space for up to 14 guests at the heart of beautiful Aberdyfi, boasting exclusive facilities such as a wood-fired hot tub.
Embrace five-star living at this gorgeously presented home offering lovely views over the town from its elevated position. Aberdovey is a paradise for nature enthusiasts of both the human and doggie variety, with its enviable location within the Snowdonia National Park. You’ll have a lovely sandy beach 0.5 miles away along with shops, restaurants and pubs to explore with your pet by your side.
The property is set within its own grounds, guaranteeing quiet and privacy during your trip. Its impressive interior blends sleek, stylish design with contemporary touches that complement its period features beautifully. As is common in these large Victorian dwellings, it’s got quite a few lovely big bay windows. In the large lounge, you’ll have comfy sofas, a wood burner you can spark up to create a toasty sleep spot for your pets and a TV for film nights. A second open-plan living area comprises a lounge, kitchen and diner, creating a social hub equipped with more sofas, quirky stools, a TV and a second wood burner. The space includes a large dining table and an original fireplace. Keen chefs will love the country kitchen, where the range cooker is wonderful for cooking up huge group meals. There’s ample outside space, too, including an enclosed front patio with garden furniture (children and pets need supervision here, due to the low wall) and a tiered lawn, swings, BBQ area and a wood-fired hot tub.
Keen walkers will be delighted to know that several trails through the national park start right from your front door, such as Yr Horon, Panorama Walk and Llyn Barfog. We also recommend taking your pet for a stroll along the Wales Coast Path (1 mile), which you can follow along to Tywyn, a pretty harbour village 4 miles north. If you’re lucky, you may spot some bottlenose dolphins along the way.
