Elegant yet family-friendly townhouse overlooking the seafront, excellent abode for up to eight guests seeking a traditional seaside holiday with beach games, crabbing and seaside fare.
Join friends, family, and furry chums in this spacious seafront holiday home in Aberdovey. Located just 50 metres from the sandy beach and close to the fabulous array of cafes and restaurants, it’s the perfect property for those seeking a traditional coastal getaway. The village sits on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, also making it a great base for keen walkers and four-pawed explorers.
The four-storey townhouse is set amongst a row of pastel-coloured properties and enjoys stunning estuary views from its bay windows. A large kitchen/diner provides the perfect spot for socialising, with a dining table to seat everyone and comfortable seating for relaxing on with a glass of wine. The underfloor heating makes this a cosy place to set up the dog beds. From here, an archway leads to the utility room. A flight of steps takes you to a stylish shower room, and three further steps lead to the impressive lounge, with its inviting window seat. The first of four bedrooms – a twin – is also on this floor. On the second floor, you’ll find an elegant family bathroom and a double bedroom, with the remaining bedrooms on the third floor. There is no outside space, but with a public green and beach on your doorstep, Rover and Fido will have plenty of space to stretch their legs.
You and the pups will have a great choice when it comes to walkies. Take strolls along the sandy shores of the beach (the majority of which welcomes woofers all year) or stride out along the coast path for an exhilarating hike with spectacular views. After a long walk, refuel in one of the village’s many paw-friendly eateries. From Aberdovey it’s easy to explore the scenery of southern Snowdonia, including Cadair Idris (16 miles), and Dolgoch Falls (9.5 miles).
