Enjoying a fantastic central position in a cheerful and thriving seaside village, this stylish, light-filled and cosy apartment makes a relaxing holiday retreat for families and couples.
The welcoming holiday apartment boasts a prime location on Aberdovey’s seafront, within easy reach of the paw-friendly beach and the independent shops and eateries. Enjoy picturesque dog walks around this flourishing harbour village, or hop in the car to explore the nearby tracks and trails of Southern Snowdonia, before returning to your coastal bolthole for a memorable meal overlooking the bay.
An external, metal staircase leads to this bright apartment, which has fantastic sea views and is decorated in delicate, nautical tones. Inside, discover a spacious lounge/diner, where you can dine together at the wooden table, relax on one of the comfortable seats in the bay window, or stretch out on the sofa to watch the Smart TV. Heading through to the kitchen, you’ll find ample space to set up the dog bed, as well as all the equipment needed to cater for the group. There’s also a sweet breakfast table for perching with a morning coffee. Upstairs is a cosy snug with a TV, two bedrooms, and a family bathroom. Please note, the rooms on this floor have sloping ceilings and you may experience restricted head height. Outside, soak up the sea air on the roof terrace, which has outdoor furniture and is enclosed for your four-pawed pal.
Aberdovey has a long, sandy beach that’s perfect for a stroll along the shoreline or a game of fetch with your canine buddy. There’s only a small restriction in summer months, with the majority of the beach welcoming woofers all year. The beach is a hotspot for water sports, and you can try windsurfing, canoeing, or paddleboarding during your stay. Alternatively, head to the jetty to go crabbing with the locals. From Aberdovey, enjoy excursions to the slate-mining village of Corris (14 miles) or the market town of Machynlleth (10 miles).
