Fantastic house which met all our requirements and we had a wonderful holiday. The beds were super comfortable! Great dining table which we enjoyed sitting round for games as well as food! The garden was delightful ( and very dog friendly) and it was a pity that the weather was such that we couldnt sit outside very much. We had a wonderful week, the house is perfect for large groups, and is comfortable and very well equipped. We cooked for 11 every night and there were plenty of pots and pans. The garden is great, especially at the front where you can sit and listen to the stream. The location is good, away from the crowds, but not far from Keswick or Cockermouth oRead morer the coast.
