With a vaulted, beamed ceiling and superb views in every direction, the first-floor living space is the heart of this charming abode. Rustle up meals for the entire pack in the fitted kitchen, and gather around the dining table to eat, drink, and chat. With plump sofas arranged to watch the Smart TV or simply gaze out the window, the lounge is a lovely spot to relax, post adventures, your pups curled up by the wood burner on a chilly day. There is a useful utility room with washer/dryer leading to upstairs WC on this floor.  Steps lead down and out to the enclosed patio where you can fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco on warm summer’s days. When it’s time to rest your head, three bedrooms, two king size and one twin, await on the ground floor. The king size master bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is also the family bathroom on the ground floor.

Tucked between the Bodmin Moor and Tamar Valley Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are abundant walking options guaranteed to set tails wagging. Sniff out adventure in the picturesque fishing town of Looe (18 miles) and take history-loving hounds to explore the legend of King Arthur in Tintagel (20 miles). While you’re there, let your pup feel the sand in their paws scampering around the dog-friendly beaches.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home, stunning views, sun rises and super friendly owners and their pets and farm animals. Grampy's Barn is a fantastic property, a barn conversion done to the highest standards. It is light, bright and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. The open plan layout means that the cook/s can chat to everyone. There is a separate utility room leading to the "loo with the view". What an amazing place to stay. We wanted peace, quiet, relaxation and this property is perfect for it. It's in the middle of no where but everything is just a short drive away.
