The open-plan living area invites you to create a bustling hub for all the family, no doubt with your four-pawed pal enjoying free roam of the outdoor space via bi-fold doors. This garden space constitutes a furnished patio with a BBQ and pretty greenery, the perfect spot for a late-night drink before heading upstairs to three handsome bedrooms.

Step out and find yourselves instantly in the Little Chelsea area of Eastbourne, an on-trend area with independent shops and eateries to browse. Let Fido stretch their legs with a morning walk to the seafront, finding the town’s Grand Parade just 0.5 miles away. These shingle shores are dog friendly year-round, ideal for families who don’t want to venture too far for days at the beach. Whether you’re jumping in the car or heading for the town’s train station (500 metres), the nearby town of Brighton (24 miles) is well worth a day trip or two. The train journey takes less than an hour and is the perfect choice for those who wish to stop off in a dog-friendly pub after a day exploring the Laines.

Lovely cottage with so much to explore and enjoy locally and further afield. This is our second stay and we will visit again.

After initially having negative thoughts, it was nicer on the inside than we anticipated. However, there were various areas that needed a good dust or a lick of paint and several other issues that could be easily rectified. It was good to find various items like tea/coffee/milk provided. Having to use parking permits was a bit of a bind everyday. IRead moref wedve moved the car, parking would probably have been an issue on our return. We dont think the 1238 we paid was value for money. Hide

The house was exactly what we needed, well equipped, comfortable and a very easy distance from the railway station and buses but in a quiet street. Handy that theres a small Tesco round the corner.

Good stuff: All beds & pillows very comfy. Towels nice & clean. Nice to see dish soap & Ttowel Great location just minutes from Train station & good restaurants & bars. Lebanon is yum. Hard to park in street, only Blue Badge spot (so we got lucky). House is cute & works well for a long wkend. Would go back but have suggested to owner some tired furRead moreniture in the bathroom could be Easy fixes. Hide

We really enjoyed our stay here and found that it was well appointed and tastefully decorated. The beds were all comfortable. The games and books were also a nice touch and very much appreciated. The location is great, with shops and cafes nearby. Street parking could be difficult to find sometimes. A deep clean is needed in the bathroom to remove Read moremould and soap scum in the shower/bath and we had to wipe down the kitchen cabinets as they were sticky and hadn't been cleaned. Hide

Fantastic location right in the centre of Eastbourne. Well equipped and comfortable property with easy access to local amenities. Great variety of places to visit and things to do within five minutes to an hour either on foot, by car or train. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.
