Traditional three-bedroom cottage nested on the water’s edge of the River Fowey and boasting incredible views. Enjoy leisurely lunches on the patio, walks along the harbour, and fun-filled adventures with your four-legged friend in this beautiful home in Polruan.

Kick off sandy boots and step inside the cottage to reveal tranquil tones, nautical themes and plenty of space for entertaining. Warm chilly feet and paws beside the electric feature fireplace while admiring the outstanding waterside views or let yourself into the second lounge where even more comfy seating and a Smart TV provide a perfect spot after a day of adventures. Pour yourself a glass of crisp white wine and cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen before sharing delicious dishes in the dining room (and look out for sniffly snouts!). Let your pup out on the generous lawn before heading up the staircase to three lovely bedrooms. Climb into your comfiest pyjamas and curl up in one of three stunning beds adorned with crisp linens and quality bedding. And rest assured that there are two shower facilities to ensure nobody needs to wait longer than necessary!

Spend your mornings savouring your Nespresso coffee on the balcony before heading down to the harbour side for walkies along the river. Should you want to eat out, this ancient fishing village benefits from two village pubs, a cafe, a bakery and some quaint independent stores. A passenger ferry will take you across to Fowey (4.5 miles), where you can bask on the beach of Readymoney Cove or join the South West Coast Path for a challenging hike along the clifftops. Eden Project (16 miles) and Lanhydrock (18 miles) also make for great days out.

• Private parking for either 2 standard size cars or 1 larger SUV size car, 2 garages can be used as well
• There is also parking in the local St Saviours car park a short walk for the cottage (subject to availability and charges)
• Pub and shop within walking distance
• The rear garden and patio have low walls so children must be supervised at all times when in the garden
• Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.
• Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.
• Arrival: 16:30 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
• 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
