Get the whole gang together for a break at this large homely townhouse in the quaint village of Narberth. Sleeping ten people over five bedrooms and welcoming five canine companions, this is the perfect place to get everyone together for a West Wales adventure. You and your pups will love exploring the Pembrokeshire countryside, and when you get home at the end of the day, you can all enjoy a BBQ in the garden while your pups run free in the enclosed space.
Step inside and you’ll find a boot room to the rear of the ground floor – the perfect place to kick off your boots and store all of your dog-walking essentials. Head up to the first floor and cook up a storm in the contemporary kitchen. You can then all dine together around the large dining table, which is big enough to seat ten. Alternatively, head out to the garden, fire up a disposable BBQ and dine alfresco while the dogs have a great time running about off-lead. After dinner, sink into a sofa in the living area, or step through the French doors out onto the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine. If you’re lucky, you might catch a game on the playing fields opposite. When it’s time for bed, you’ll find two lovely bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the second floor.
For a little peace and quiet with your pups, check out the wild and remote Monkstone Beach (9.5 miles) or Barafundle Bay (18.5 miles), which has been voted one of the best beaches in Britain many times. Alternatively, take your pups for a stroll around the gardens at Picton Castle (7.5 miles). Take a picnic along with you or dine in the lower section of the castle’s restaurant, where dogs are welcome.
