Approached via a flight of seven external brick steps, the home is exceptionally decorated throughout, with neutral colours and comfortable furnishings. It also has lots of character, with wooden beams, open fireplaces and exposed brick walls. There are two spaces to relax and socialise, the first, a lounge with a warming wood burner and Smart TV - settle down with the dog and enjoy a cosy evening. Alternatively, children can head through to the snug room with sofa beds and another TV. Upstairs are three delightful and charming bedrooms, two king-size and one with bunk beds. To the front of the property is an enclosed courtyard, a safe space for Fido to explore while you watch the sun set in the distance.
Situated in Blackbrook, on the outskirts of Belper, you’ll be less than 0.5 miles to the nearest dog-friendly pub, and a shop. Belper (2 miles) has a wider range of shops and eateries to choose from as well as the delightful River Gardens to peruse. Try out boating or kayaking at Carsington Water (8 miles). You also won’t be far from the cusp of the Peak District National Park which has plenty of walking routes and cycling trails for all to enjoy. Try out The Monsal Trail, Tissington Trail or the High Peak Trail, all of which are great for legs and paws of all sizes. The popular market town, Bakewell is 20 miles away, or for the kids, visit Gulliver’s Kingdom theme park (10 miles).
